Protect plans for electrical systems include parts and labour for the majority of repairs.*You’ll also receive access to evening and weekend appointments at no extra charge. For Membership customers, to stay covered and take advantage of our introductory offer, you need to select your new Protection Plan by September 17th. Your existing plan coverage will terminate on October 24, 2021 with your new Protection Plan being effective as of October 25, 2021. Get more information here.

While you likely won’t notice any material changes, the official change date is October 25, 2021. This is when our backend systems will become one, and the new Protection Plans will commence, and you will have access to the Mobile App (reminder: don’t forget to speak to an agent to register you).

I currently rent an Advantage Heating, Cooling, Water Heater or Water Treatment equipment
The terms and conditions of your current Advantage rental program equipment and entitlements will remain as they are today.
Your current rate will continue and will be subject to any annual price increases as set out in the Terms and Conditions of your equipment rental.
If you already have your maintenance appointment booked, it’s business as usual, we’ll see you on your appointment date as scheduled.
If you haven’t yet booked your appointment, please call us at Service Experts to book it. Make sure to call us before your existing plan contract expires to receive your entitlements.
Until November, continue to book appointments the same way that you do today, through your local centre. After November, you can conveniently book and change appointments on our mobile app available in The App Store® and Google Play®. For a seamless registration, please call us at <<>> and one of our agents will take care of your setup. For your security, we need to match the mobile app profile to your Enercare account number and the easiest way to do this is with our agents. They are ready to take your call.

Depending on the timing of your billing cycle, starting November, you will be billed monthly by Enercare Home Services.

If you currently are signed up for ebilling, your existing web portal credentials will remain the same, however you will need to visit www.enercare.ca/ebilling to access your account. If you are not already registered for ebilling but would like to be, please visit this same website and use the information found on your first Enercare Home Services invoice to register.

If you have registered for pre-authorized payment, you will notice the change in biller name to Enercare Home Services - there is no action required on your part.

If you have not registered for pre-authorized payment, you can sign up by visiting www.enercare.ca/payments after you receive your first invoice to enrol.

Alternately, to pay your new Enercare Home Service invoice, you will need to:

  1. Update the payee name to Enercare Home Services on your web pay/cheques
  2. Update the account number to the new account number found on your first monthly invoice from Enercare Home Services; and
  3. Make any other changes as outlined in the information insert included with your first monthly invoice from Enercare Home Services.

If you reside in Enbridge Gas territory, shortly after November, your Enercare charges will be included on your Enbridge Gas# bill. It’s easy and convenient!

I currently have a Membership plan

The Membership plan(s) to which you currently subscribe will end on October 24, 2021. To help you decide which of the many plans Enercare offers is right for your home, our agents are here to help. We offer Maintenance, Protection, Repair Plan across heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical services.

To make your decision easier, we are offing an introductory rate of 6 months off every plan you choose. Don’t forget to ask an agent about our Total Home Protection Plan which combines Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Plans at a savings of 28% off the regular price.

The Membership plan(s) to which you currently subscribe will terminate on October 24, 2021 at which point you will no longer have any coverage. To ensure continued coverage and protection, you will need to choose a new plan(s) by October 8, 2021.
If you already have your maintenance appointment booked, it’s business as usual, we’ll see you on your appointment date as scheduled. If you need to change your date, call your local centre to schedule a new date and time.
If you haven’t yet booked your appointment, please call us at Service Experts to book. Make sure to call us before your contract terminates.
You can book repair appointments the same was you always have, through your local service centre. Starting in November, you will have access to our mobile app. Ask your agent to register you to make booking and changing appointments easier. Plus, you’ll be able to see when your tech is on their way with our en-route feature. No more waiting around for the technician.

Starting as early as November you will be billed monthly by Enercare Home Services

Once you receive your first invoice, you can register for ebilling by visiting www.enercare.ca/ebilling

I purchased my HVAC equipment outright form Service Experts.
The same warranty coverage will continue to apply.
Upon servicing your equipment, the Enercare technician will assess eligibility for warranty coverage. If you have previously purchased extended warranty coverage, please provide the technician with any available documentation. If your service/repairs are deemed covered under warranty, the technician will register the warranty claim on your behalf.

**Available to Enercare’s Heating/Cooling protection plan customers, rental water heater customers and/or rental HVAC customers whose equipment is not operational (for example – no heat, no cooling or no hot water). On average, Enercare attends to furnace/boiler, central air conditioner, or water heater non-operational calls 90% of the time the same day. Subject to exclusions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable protection plan or rental agreement
***Enercare’s annual total parts and labour responsibility is limited to a maximum retail value per year of $500 (including HST) for compressor unit or condenser coil repairs. ****Offer cannot be combined with another offer. Offer is not available in all areas and is not available to existing Cooling Protection Plan or Cooling Protection Plan with Maintenance customers.
