To have a peaceful night sleep, I am changing my review for Alex Y, as an appreciation of his dedication to complete his job. I was surprised and never expected that he came back late afternoon to finish the maintenance. Since I was not around when you came back, allow me to say, Thank You Alex Y! I really appreciate your effort. * * * * * * Alex Y did the maintenance review for the other equipments. He’s knowledgeable and explained well what he did with pictures. The reasons for the 3 stars: no confirmation of the appointment received, which is unusual basing on previous appointments. I have to call to confirm on the same scheduled day. Luckily, I have it in my reminder calendar. I was surprised that the Osmosis filters were missed. Alex Y was surprised too and confirmed that there were no notes about the change of filters. That when I booked the appointment months ago, I specifically mentioned about the change of filters and the person who received my call, even reminded me that it is past 6 months and time for change. Now, I have to wait again for more than a week for the said change when it could have been done in a single visit. Lesson learned: As a customer, I have to partly do my share with all these reminders a week and months before the scheduled appointment.

I highly recommend Callaghan from Rob's Albertan for furnace cleaning. The service I received was truly 5-star from start to finish. He was punctual and arrived exactly on time and called ahead to confirm the appointment. Callaghan was extremely polite, took off his shoes, and treated my home with respect. The furnace cleaning was incredibly thorough. He clearly explained what he were doing. He answered all my questions clearly and offered helpful tips for routine maintenance, without any pressure to upsell.
