It seems like lately the service has dipped with this company. From the moment we had our AC installed ( a heat pump one) the technician commented that this particular brand was terrible and he did not like it. It took more time to install than normal. When it was finally warm to use the AC, I noticed there was no cold air blowing. After a lil week and 4 calls, they finally sent someone out only to discover there is a leak (in the brand new AC) I was informed that a part would need to be ordered and I would get a call back to schedule another service call. Well, 1.5 weeks, still no phone call and when my husband called, there was no update on this part and that once again, someone would call us with an update. Still waiting......
