It started with the inspection, the technician Morad spelled out the problem, Phil the salesman was prompt to respond with my options, once the decision was made, we were scheduled immediately and Ryley and Russel the next morning, executed the removal and replacement of the furnace and hot water tank professionally, answering any questions I had. Team work. Well done.

Had our furnace go out on Dec 17 at 6:30 PM and it was up and running again by 8:30. Only took an hour from the time I called until the time they showed up (it was after hours and I wasnt first in line) and then it was a simple fix. Tanner was super informative and talked me through the entire troubleshooting process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

What a relief having Tanner from McKinley come within half hour of my call. Came home to a very cold house after work and didn’t know what to do. A friend highly recommended McKinley’ and had nothing but great things to say about them. She was not lying. I am super happy I made the call and Tanner was very professional and super knowledgeable. I learned so much about my 20 yr old furnace. I know it’s at the end of its life but from the detailed information Tanner had provided me, I know exactly who to call when needing replacement. Will only call Mckinley and will definitely spread the word. My family are now super warm and cozy and ready for the holidays! Cheers!
