This is the worst service I have received from any technician. I think Roberto was his name. He spent about 5 mins on my furnace. Ignored me when i tried to explain what the problem was. He then said the drain was blocked and I had to pay $331 first and after which he would continue diagnosis as he wasnt sure what the problem was. That was all he had to say. Very unprofessional. He did not have indoor shoes and insisted on keeping his muddy boots on even when I asked that he remove them. I paid a diagnosis fee of $131 for dealing with a technician that wasted my time.

Alex Y came to complete our annual maintenance - he was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He took temps, checked for gas and water leaks and kept me updated along the way. He demonstrates pride in his work and expressed care in ensuring furnace safety. He was friendly/respectful with my dog despite my dog hovering around him a lot. Overall, a pleasant experience this time around.
