We had Carlos today for furnace/thermostat problems. He checked out and fixed loose wiring and ensured the furnace was fine. He then took us thru the Thermostat determining it was the problem and gave a detailed plan of management. Spent plenty of time to explain. Didn’t leave til we were happy with situation. Excellent encounter.

I have to remove a star. They quoted me a price but charged me an higher price upon arrival. Exceeded my expectations. Honest and Professional. Takes great care of seniors. Loved the prices too.
