Phoning in and having someone pick up within a minute was a huge plus. The representative was very clear about when the service technician would come by. Morad called 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment to let us know he was on his way. On arrival and throughout the diagnosis, his communication was impeccable, his manner professional and polite, his work brisk and efficient. He took the time to exchange pleasantries with us even though he was on a tight schedule. Great young man!

We were out of Province when some guests arrived at our house on a chilly Wpg Sunday night to advise us that the furnace in our relatively new house had stopped working with the temperature in the house now at 55F. Called Wpg Supply who sent technician Andrew out that night. Andrew called me a number of times to keep me updated on the issue at hand with the furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve same. He also provided the price estimate once he knew what he was dealing with. 100% satisfied with Wpg Supply and Service from dealing with their customer service rep and of course Andrew.
