This Christmas Eve morning our furnace that heats our upstairs was cutting in and out and with Alberta minus 20 temperatures that needed to be addressed. We called McKinley Heating early this morning and spoke to a lady named Kelly who was a wonderful help.She set things up, sent an e-mail for the appointment, and called me to confirm details and time. The appointment was for later today and the technician Tanner was right on schedule and called in advance to give us a heads up. Great experience as a first time customer and extremely pleased with Tanner’s work and how he explained everything. Very professional and excellent service. Had a furnace problem when it was extremely cold in Edmonton. McKinley was at our home quickly and their technician, Ryan, was excellent. He did a very good job explaining our furnace problem and made the repair promptly. Great service! Alex Y conducted a winter inspection of our two furnaces and his post-inspection explanation of findings was excellent. Very good customer service. And he arrived on time which is always a plus and rare these days.

Brandon was at my house and let us know we needed a new hot water tank, he was very kind to deal with. Nick & Alex were the ones installing it and were pleasant to deal with and did a great job installing the tank in a quick manner.
