Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) different sales programs put on for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty classes as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary education through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and framework for managing a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, conduct outbound calling over a one (1) day course. In this class we cover heating and cooling industry basics, what makes people invest, calling procedures, scripts, customer buying signs, and controlling customer objections.

Dispatcher

  • No formal courses offered. On the job training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff at center level.
