Service Experts scratch and save contest RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Eligible Entrants: The Service Experts Scratch and Save contest (the "Contest") is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence, except employees of Service Experts Inc., its dealers and retailers, and members of their immediate family and those domiciled with them. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
2. How to participate in the Contest: No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. To play, scratch off only one (1) box on the game card received in the mail, and visit an authorized and participating Service Experts dealer or retailer during the contest period to redeem your discount. If more than one (1) box is scratched (in whole or in part) or otherwise tampered with, no discount will be provided.
3. Redeeming your Discount: To redeem a discount, potential winners must: (i) surrender the game card; and (ii) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (without assistance of any kind). Eligible game card holders must present their original, winning game card to a participating Service Experts dealership or retail store to apply their winning discount towards the purchase of goods and services on or before 5:00 p.m., June 06, 2008. Discounts will not be honoured for game cards presented after this date. Game cards which Service Experts Inc., acting reasonably, determines have been forged, altered, mutilated or tampered with in any manner will be disqualified and no discount will be awarded. Maximum of one (1) scratch & save discount per person during the contest period.
4. Prizes and Odds of Winning: There will be a total of 60,000 game cards produced and available for distribution. Each game card contains four (4) boxes, with a chance of winning a discount of either $25, $50, $75 or $100 off your choice of the following products and services: whole-house duct cleaning; comfort-enhancing humidifier; high-efficiency air cleaner. No cash or other substitutions may be made. The winner is solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with claiming and/or using his/her discount. Prizes and approximate odds of winning are set out below:

5. Amendments to Contest: Service Experts Inc. may withdraw, amend or terminate this Contest in whole or in part at any time for any reason without prior notice (but subject to applicable law). Without limiting the foregoing, Service Experts Inc. may terminate or amend this Contest, in whole or in part, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned (such as fraud, printing or distribution errors, or any other causes or occurrences that have compromised the fairness or integrity of the Contest). This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
6. Releases: By redeeming their winning game cards, participants agree to release Service Experts Inc. and Service Experts Inc.'s dealers and retailers and their respective parent companies, affiliates, agents, suppliers, distributors, officers, directors and employees including advertising, public relations and promotions agencies, from any and all liability, including loss or damage due in whole or in part by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Contest.
7. Miscellaneous: Service Experts Inc. is not responsible for any printing, distribution or production errors. By redeeming a game card, each participant acknowledges having read these rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by them and all decisions of Service Experts Inc., which shall be final.
