"This morning my husband and I woke up to a very cold house and our 5yr old Lenox furnace was not working properly. Trevor promptly arrived within the hour and repaired and serviced our furnace. Not only was he polite, courteous and imformative, he discovered our humidifier was not programed to be on which no other service tech had discovered. We have had our furnace serviced by your company, yearly, since it was installed by McKinley Service Experts in Sept. 2004."
