Julio did my energy audit. Made the whole experience actually enjoyable. When second appointment collided with some other work on the house, he took over making arrangements with the office for alternate time relieving some of the stress of the time. When I had questions about my system, Jeff checked everything and explained what he was checking or adjusting and what it meant to me. Make their day Oscar for service installers, Damian, Zack & Brad; sales, Nathan. Damian, Zack & Brad performed an outstanding service in a less than desirable environment. This installation was in our old farmhouse which has a basement that could be rented out in b-rate horror films. They were with us from about 8 am until 10 pm. They even encountered a raccoon during installation to keep their adrenaline running for the rest of the day. What pleases us most about the service experience, the confidence, experience, skill and conscientiousness and follow-up displayed. Throughout the installation, we were kept informed of progress, involved in active problem-solving and follow through. No stone was left unturned. All three were hard working, friendly, amiable, right through to the end of a very long day. Nathan knows his area. Previous installer makes for a fantastic sales person. From assessment of needs, type of furnace to purchase, to setting up the day of installation. We are impressed with the full service experience. Nathan lined up everything and coordinated the installers, the propane delivery, the removal of the oil and eveything else in between. I work in healthcare...we could learn a few things from your industry. All in all, impressed with the complete experience. Well done. I hope all mentioned earn top end bonuses this year.

I thought I would send this Oscar because I was speaking to a customer, Marianne, who ended up telling me for 10-15 minutes how wonderful, Murray, Daryl, and Zack were. She thought the installers were “gentlemen, knowledgeable, patient, went above & beyond what was expected.” She was extremely happy that they took care of her old patio stone, as well she is terribly scared of mice and Daryl took the extra time to go around the outside of the house to seal up any other holes that may be present. She said she felt so comfortable with the installers that she even left the house to do some errands, which is not like her at all.
She thought that Murray was extremely professional, and thought that him doing the “proper” hl/hg was just wonderful. She was impressed that Murray even made a point to tell her that we would dispose of her old mercury thermostat in an environmentally sound manner.
She is happy to tell all of her friends and family who told her that Roy Inch & Sons is too expensive that we are well worth the money and “will never use another company.”

The technician explained everything very thoroughly to my wife. She was very impressed with the respect and courtesy shown towards her and our home.
This is in stark contrast to a technician we recently had from one of your competitors in London. This other company continues to sell us their furnace maintenance service. I would never again allow them into my home, especially after the great service provided by Roy Inch Service Experts.

I just wanted to advise you of the excellent service provided by one of your service techs. He made a call at our home today and not only serviced our problem but assisted my husband who is diabetic and was having a low blood sugar attack by contacting an ambulance for him and then picking up our phone, after me trying numerous times to reach my husband, to inform me of the problem. He called the ambulance and also put our dog out on our porch to get her out of the way of the ambulance crew AND gave her water also. This is service excellence above and beyond and I want to make sure this tech is recognized for his professional, courteous and helpful conduct.

I want to thank you very much for providing my special needs child with the much required AC unit... At about 10AM, James showed up with the new unit and promptly started his installation. At approximately 2pm we had a completely functioning unit with all the checks and balances done.
Without an employee's dedication like James... I feel my special needs child would have been taken to the hospital in respiratory distress. Thanks for the hard, hard work. From me and mine to you and yours THANK YOU.

You never cease to amaze me. I have dealt with many of you over the years and I have never had one bad experience with the techs that have come to fix my A/C. You without a doubt, have the BEST service I have ever encountered. I have been raving about you ever since the first time I called you 5 years ago... Keep up the great work!
I called you tonight at 7:45pm. The girl that answered the phone, after I told her my problem, told me to switch the breaker off and then on and wait 20 minutes, if that didn't work to call them back. It didn't work and I called back at 8:10. I had a tech here at 9:30. He fixed the problem within minutes. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT! Thanks for your great service!

The installment crew left our home in better condition than when they arrived. The actual installation was much better than what we had previously. By Monday evening, my family was back in our warm home enjoying our new environment.
