Dustin is an amazing person that has a special ability to make you feel at ease and that you will be taken care of no matter needs must be filled. He is casually friendly by nature and extremely professional when it comes to the needs of his customers. Our job was a very unique one, that involved problem solving, and a lot of hard work from many capable people. We were promised that we would be quoted a price for the job and if anything extra was needed, it would come at no cost to us. Well, to everyone's dismay, a lot more went wrong, but Winnipeg Supply kept their word, helping us solve our issue, with the original quote we had received. It is extremely rare to find an honest company that keeps their word without any coercion necessary. The quality of work for our furnace installation was absolutely incredible. From the initial phone call to being transfered to a person that could provide pricing and could answer my questions about the 65 gallon tank everyone was nice and friendly. The pricing person even took the time to call me back with the dimensions of the tank so I could make sure I could get the larger model. I was miss informed by another company about everything being okay to install a new tank, your technican pointed out the power was not up to code even for the existing 45g tank save for the 65g tank. Both Jeff and his helper (Scott, if I recall) were great, they got the parts and wired it up. Both of them took their time to clean up the area they worked in and left everything in great shape! The extremely fast turn around time from placing the request for service to the time they showed was amazing... 2 hours at most. Little more expensive that a few of the other places I have called, but well worth the few extra $$ for the service I recieved today.

I just wanted to advise you of the excellent service provided by one of your technicians. He not only serviced our problem but assisted my diabetic husband during a low blood sugar attack by contacting an ambulance and calling me to inform me of the problem. He called the ambulance and also put our dog out on our porch to get her out of the way of the ambulance crew AND gave her water also. This is service excellence above & beyond and I want to make sure this tech is recognized for his professional, courteous and helpful conduct.

I want to thank you very much for providing my special needs child with the much required AC unit... At about 10AM, James showed up with the new unit and promptly started his installation. At approximately 2pm we had a completely functioning unit with all the checks and balances done.

I called you tonight at 7:45pm. The girl that answered the phone, after I told her my problem, told me to switch the breaker off and then on and wait 20 minutes, if that didn't work to call them back. It didn't work and I called back at 8:10. I had a tech here at 9:30. He fixed the problem within minutes. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT! Thanks for your great service!

The installment crew left our home in better condition than when they arrived. The actual installation was much better than what we had previously. By Monday evening, my family was back in our warm home enjoying our new environment.
